Before founding Merak Group, he served as CEO and CFO of TOOLCRAFT, a leading hardware tools company with a presence in over 20 countries. He also worked as a senior consultant for KPMG, offering merger, acquisition, and restructuring advice to over 35 businesses.
Mijael holds a degree in Public Accounting from ITESM Monterrey and an MBA from IPADE Business School. He’s also an active Young Presidents Organization (YPO) member and enjoys spending time with his family.
