With more than 20 years of expertise in the commercial and financial sectors, Mijael Attias is recognized as a distinguished leader and innovator. As the founder and managing partner of Merak Group, he has dedicated his professional journey to building meaningful connections within the business community, promoting a culture of collaboration, and consistently creating value for clients and partners through Merak’s initiatives.

Before establishing Merak Group, Mijael held influential roles as both CEO and CFO of TOOLCRAFT, a prominent hardware tools company with a significant presence in over 20 countries, where he developed an understanding of international market dynamics and strategic expansion. His background also includes working as a senior consultant at KPMG, one of the world’s largest professional services firms. During his time there, Mijael advised over 35 businesses on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring strategies, establishing himself as a reliable and insightful partner for large-scale financial decisions.

Mijael holds a degree in Public Accounting from ITESM Monterrey and an MBA from IPADE Business School. As an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), he continues to pursue personal and professional growth, valuing mentorship and collaboration. Outside of his professional life, Mijael finds balance and inspiration by spending quality time with his family.
